STEP INTO YOUR NEW OFFICE
Bank Building offices filling fast!
We’ve celebrated many move-in days at the Bank Building, and the fun is just beginning!
In recent months, the Bank Building’s upstairs apartments have become a downtown home for their new residents. Soon, these residents will be able to buy a slice in their building, as Bartolotti’s Pizza and Pasta is expected to open in the building’s northwest corner in the coming weeks.
And this week, we’ve begun welcoming occupants into the Bank Building’s brand-new offices downstairs. After months of complete renovations by Blackstone Builders, the office spaces – which include 10 private offices, in addition to private cubicles and coworking space – are beginning to fill. And they’ve already been quite popular; in fact, eight of the 10 private office spaces are already filled! But don’t worry – there are still plenty of private cubicles and coworking spaces available!
Wait, what was that about “coworking”? It’s a fantastic arrangement whereby workers from different companies use a common space, saving on shared costs. At the Bank Building, all downstairs office workers, whether in private offices, cubicles or coworking spaces, will have access to amenities such as copying and the building’s receptionist.
At lunchtime, they’ll be able to mosey over to Bartolotti’s or one of the nine other restaurants in walking distance. It’s truly the best of downtown working in a small town.
