New Apartments Upstairs
The Bank Building Apartments are six completely renovated, new apartments in the heart of Cottage Grove’s Historic District. Living in Cottage Grove’s Bank Building truly is “urban living in a small town.”
Everything we do is about building community. The Bank Building is just the beginning of our endeavors.
I am so glad to be a small part of this project. The Bank Building is going to transform downtown Cottage Grove.
Len's work is going to be positive for all of Cottage Grove, not just downtown business.
The diverse range of options means it’s unlimited what kinds of businesses the building can attract downtown.
Overall, our experience has been overwhelmingly positive and we are exceptionally pleased to call the Bank Building home!
