The Offices
The Bank Building Offices are located in the fully-restored, historic Bank Building, originally built in 1904. The original 13-foot ceilings and historic décor welcomes you into a unique and comfortable atmosphere in which to work and collaborate.
There are 10 private offices, 8 personal glass-enclosed cubicles, open work areas, 2 private phone booths, 2 fully-equipped, technology-connected, conference rooms, 2 restrooms, and a community kitchen. Located in the heart of downtown Cottage Grove, the Bank Building is the business hub for our small town.
Open Space
There are open work areas with large tables and comfortable chairs and sofas for individuals and small group collaboration. There is easy access to refreshments, restroom, and the even the Italian restaurant next door without ever leaving the building.
The Alcoves
The workstation alcove has a worktable, built-in cabinets, and features the sophisticated Toshiba E-Studio 4515. It prints, photocopies (single side and duplex), scans, emails, collates and staples at the touch of a button. And it uses letter, legal and tabloid (11×17) size paper. Black and white printing and photocopying is free for tenants up to 100 copies per month.
Large format printing is also available via the HP DesignJet Z6 24” postscript printer.
The reception area alcove has free coffee, tea, and bottled hot and cold water.
The Phone Booths
There are two phone booths or Zoom Rooms are perfect for phone for video conference calls. The sound-proof rooms have glass doors, fold down desks, and easily accessible electrical power and Ethernet connections. They can be used any time they’re available and can be reserved from anywhere in the world via the Bank Building’s web-based application.
Conference Rooms
There are two fully-equipped conference rooms. The rooms have large smart televisions with a camera and microphone for web-based conferences. The meeting rooms also have magnetic, erasable whiteboards, tack strips for poster-size artwork, and shelves for displaying art boards. They are available free to tenants; visitors can rent them by the hour. Users can check availability and reserve rooms from anywhere in the world via the Bank Building’s web-based application.
Office Furnishings
Each office and cubicle comes fully-furnished with desks, office chairs, and lockable filing cabinets. The glass -top, automated sit-stand desks rise and lower with the touch of a button. There are four pre-set heights; plus buttons to micro-adjust the height. The desks also have three chargeable USB plugs on the side and a large drawer .
Kitchen & Restrooms
The community kitchen has refrigerator, freezer, microwave, sink, and free coffee. The two restrooms are ADA-approved, have wall hooks to hold clothing or satchels, timer controlled exhaust fans, automated paper towel dispensers, and diaper changing tables.
