Private Office
$425 a month
These 10’ x 10’ offices include an ergonomic office chair with armrests, sit-stand desk (glass-top, motorized up-down with five memory settings and drawer), lockable cabinet with drawers, bookcase, comfortable visitor chair and free access to conference rooms and all other member benefits.
Personal Cubicle
$225 a month
Your personal cubicle includes an ergonomic office chair with armrests, sit-stand desk (glass-top, motorized up-down with five memory settings and drawer), lockable cabinet with drawers, free access to conference rooms and all other member benefits.
Open Workspace
$99 a month
With our coworking you have access to an unassigned work desk, ergonomic office chair, and access to amenities including lounge chairs, meeting tables, free conference rooms and phone booths.
Conference Room
Free to members or $35 per hour
Our conference rooms can be scheduled for free by our members and include HDMI TVs, whiteboard, conference table, computer with WiFi access, and ergonomic office chairs. Non-Members can rent out these conference rooms as well.
Zoom Rooms
$10 per hour
Enjoy one of our two sound-proof, sit-down Zoom Rooms both with a fold-down desk, electrical power, WiFi, and Ethernet for phone or video conference calls. You also get access to all amenities aside from conference rooms. *Certain Restrictions Apply.
The Cowork Comparison
Some benefits of coworking compared to a regular office rental should be obvious. You pay rent, but not for the facilities which include utilities, kitchen, bathrooms, a receptionist, conference room, internet, and a flexibility to upgrade if needed.
